नोव्हेंबर महिना आला की पेन्शनरांची( निवृत्ती वेतन धारकांची) हयात प्रमाणपत्र सादर करण्याची गडबड सुरू होते. आठवा ते पूर्वीचे दिवस- पेन्शनरांना बँकेत जाऊन तिथल्या गर्दीत, संबंधित विभागात जाऊन, हयात प्रमाणपत्राचा फॉर्म घेऊन, तो भरावा लागे, त्यावर सही करून, तसेच त्यासाठी ठेवलेल्या रजिस्टरमध्ये सही करावी लागे. मग बँक त्यांना त्याची पोंच पावती देई. ती पोंच पावती जपून ठेवावी लागे. त्यांचे हयात प्रमाणपत्र संबंधित विभागपर्यंत पोंचले आहे की नाही याची धाकधूक बरेच दिवस रहात असे.
कोविड-19 च्या नंतर हे चित्र बदलले आहे. आता निवृत्ती वेतन धारकांना बँकेत जाण्याची गरज उरलेली नाही. घरबसल्या हे प्रमाणपत्र आता फक्त आपल्या स्मार्ट फोनचा वापर करून सादर करता येऊ शकते.
कोणकोणते निवृत्ती वेतन धारक सादर करू शकतात?
- राज्य सरकार
- केंद्र सरकार
- बँका
- बी एस एन एल
- संरक्षण विभाग
- इतर अनेक संस्था, ज्यांनी केंद्र सरकारच्या सादर योजनेत सहभाग घेतला आहे.
यासाठी खालील स्टेप्स घ्याव्या लागतील.
- आपल्या अँन्ड्रॉईड फोन मध्ये, गूगल प्ले स्टोअर वर जा
- तिथे सर्च मध्ये jeevan pramaan टाइप करा.
- त्याठिकाणी jeevan pramaan हे अॅप दिसेल, ते install करा.
- त्यानंतर AadhaarFaceRD (सर्च मध्ये बरोबर असेच type करा) हे अॅप install करा.
- आता जीवन प्रमाण हे अॅप उघडा.
- पेन्शनरची माहिती भरण्यासाठी एक स्क्रीन येईल.
- त्यात पेन्शनरचा आधार नंबर, PPO नंबर, बँक अकाऊंट नंबर, बँकेचे नांव, आणि स्वतःचा मोबाईल नंबर ही माहिती फक्त पहिल्या वेळेस भरावी लागते. State Bank of India च्या पेन्शनर्स नी PPO च्या जागी आपला HRMS नंबर (7 आकडी) टाकायचा आहे. OTP टाकून, नंतर आपले biometrics (fingerprint or iris scan) authenticate करायचे आहे. रजिस्ट्रेशन यशस्वी झाल्यावर तुमचा Pramaan Id जनरेट होईल.
- त्यात पहिला स्क्रीन Device Registration & Operator Authentication हा येईल.
- Operator म्हणून तुम्ही तुमचे स्वतःचे नांव टाकू शकता
- त्यात आपला आधार नंबर टाका.
- मोबाईल नंबर टाका (जो की तुमच्या बँकेत आणि आधार मध्ये रजिस्टर्ड असेल.)
- E-mail address टाका.
- सबमिट करा.
- सबमिट केल्यावर NICSMS यांच्याकडून ओटीपी येईल. तो एन्टर करा.
- एन्टर केल्यावर Device Registration and Operator Authentication स्क्रीन येईल. त्यात operator name मध्ये आपले नांव टाका. त्यावर आपला आधार नंबर वापरण्याविषयी मेसेज येईल. डाव्या बाजूला ते सिलेक्ट करण्यासाठी एक बॉक्स येईल, त्याला टिक करा आणि नंतर scan चे हिरवे बटन दाबा.
- त्यानंतरच्या स्क्रीन वर Face Authentication Advisories या शीर्षकाखाली यासंबंधीच्या सूचना येतील. त्या समजल्याबद्दल खाली दिलेला एक बॉक्स आहे. त्यात टिक नाही केले तरी चालेल, म्हणजे प्रत्येक वेळी तो बॉक्स दिसेल. तुम्हाला तो बॉक्स पुन्हा दिसायला नको असेल तर त्यावर टिक करा अन्यथा नाही.
- त्यानंतर Aadhar Auth नावाचा स्क्रीन येईल, आणि त्यात एका गोलामध्ये तुमचा चेहरा दिसू लागेल.
- नंतर तुम्हाला Please blink to capture असा मेसेज येईल. तो आल्यावर एकदा-दोनदा डोळ्यांची उघडझाप करा.
- झाले! आता तुमचे जीवन प्रमाणपत्र तयार झाले.
- तुमच्या मोबाईलवर एक मेसेज येईल. तयार तुमचा Pramaan Id दिलेला असेल. आणि एक लिंक असेल. https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login अशा नांवाची.
- त्या लिंकवर गेल्यावर, तिथे तो Pramaan Id टाकायचा, खाली दिलेला Captcha टाकायचा.
- Generate OTP वर क्लिक करा. OTP येईल, तो टाका.
- तुमचे जीवन प्रमाणपत्र Life Certificate, तयार! ते डाउनलोड करा, आणि तुमच्या फोन मध्ये सेव्ह करून ठेवा. यापेक्षा अजून काहीही करण्याची गरज नाही.
- तुमच्या department चे जीवन प्रमाणपत्र संस्थेशी Tie up असतेच. त्यांना ते प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त होते, आणि संस्थेचे रेकॉर्ड आपोआप अपडेट होते.

Jeevan Pramaan- Online submission of Life Certificate
The month of November is important for pensioners to submit life certificates. In the earlier days, the pensioners had to go to the bank, go to the concerned department, take the form of the life ertificate, fill it out, sign it, and sign the register kept for it. Then the bank would give them a receipt for it. The receipt had to be preserved. For a long time, there was a fear of whether his life certificate had reached the concerned department.
That’s changed after COVID-19. Pensioners no longer need to go to the bank. This certificate can now be submitted from home only using your smart phone.
Which pensioners can submit?

- Several other organisations which have participated in the central government’s proposed scheme.
For this, the following steps have to be taken.
- In your Android phone, go to the Google Play Store
- Type jeevan pramaan in the search there.
- There will be an app called Jeevan pramaan, install
- Then install the AadhaarFaceRD (type correctly in search).
- Now open the life scale app .
- There will be a screen to fill in the pensioner’s information.
- The pensioner’s Aadhaar number, PPO number, bank account number, bank name, and own mobile number are only required to be filled in the first time. State Bank of India pensioners have to fill the PPO with their HRMS number (7 digits). By entering OTP, then authenticate your biometrics (fingerprint or iris scan). After registration is successful, your Pramaan ID will be generated.
- The first screen will come up with Device Registration & Operator Authentication.
- You can enter your own name as an operator
- Add your Aadhaar number to it.
- Enter the mobile number (which will be registered with your bank and Aadhaar).
- E-mail address टाका.
- OTP will come from NICSMS on submission. Enter it.
- After entering, the Device Registration and Operator Authentication screen will appear. Enter your name in the operator name. It will have a message about using your Aadhaar number. A box will come to select it on the left, tick it and then press the green scan button.
- The next screen will have instructions under the heading Face Authentication Advisories. There is a box below. It is okay to not tick it, so that every time the box will appear. If you do not want to see the box again, tick it otherwise don’t tick it.
- Then there will be a screen called Aadhar Auth, and it will show your face in a circle.
- Then you’ll get a message please blink to capture. When it arrives, blink your eyes once or twice.
- Done! Now your life certificate is ready.
- You will receive a message on your mobile, ready with your Pramaan ID , and a link. Https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login of such a name.
- After going to that link, put pramaan Id, and enter the captcha
- Click generate OTP will come, enter it.
- Your life certificate is now ready! Download it, and save it on your phone. Nothing more needs to be done.
- Your department must be having tie up with the Jeevan Pramaan Authority. Most of the departments and institutions in India are having. Your organization can access your certificate online and the records of the organization are automatically updated.
